When contacting us, please choose the doctor you were referred to, or whose "availability and region serviced" best suit your location, day, and time needs, and they will get back to you as soon as possible. Usually within 24-48 hours. If your pet is experiencing an emergency, please contact your local emergency veterinary hospital. As we are not typically available on an emergency basis.

If you are ready to schedule a euthanasia appointment, click the "schedule an appointment" link above, that is below the desired doctor's name. This will take you to the doctor's booking page and calendar. Then select the available appointment day and time that best works for you and your pet. Next, completely fill out the "booking form" that pops up, and when finished, scroll down and click on "book." You will then receive a booking confirmation email, as will the doctor. The doctor will then contact you if they need to confirm any of the information entered or the quality of life reasons given for euthanasia. 

We do not have a receptionist, therefore you will speak with either Dr. Krissy or Dr. Taro. To contact us you can call, text, or email. And typically you will leave a message and we will respond within 24-48 hours. Initial contact via text message usually allows for a more rapid response.
